1. Business Analyst
    Job Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the client and project objectives and for the ownership and development of project deliverables to meet those objectives across the project lifecycle from initiation through process analysis and design, requirements, specifications, testing, deployment and related activities.

  Project Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Elicit, document, model, validate and prioritize business, user, functional and non-functional requirements using interviews, facilitated sessions and information or data analysis
  • Develop functional specifications to support the requirements
  • Develop basic user-interface diagrams and complex function and data flows
  • Analyze, model and diagram business processes and data flows – both ‘as is’ and ‘to be’
  • Develop system test plans, test conditions and test scripts; execute test scripts and report on test results; assist with defect tracking
  • Plan, prepare for and execute client interviews and facilitated sessions including capturing and organizing notes and other meeting outputs
  • Communicate the business goals, processes, requirements and other project specifics to the client and project team members
  • Develop and deliver training materials including training needs analysis, training workbooks and presentations
  • Develop gap analysis including current state, desired state, gap and proposed resolution

  Professional Attributes:

2. Practice Manager
  Job Description:

The Practice Manager is a highly experienced business domain or practice expert who is primarily responsible for ensuring an aligned, comprehensive service offering and growing the external Intrasphere presence of that offering in the market.  The Practice Manager acts as the key Intrasphere thought leader for the service/practice and drives the service from development through sales and delivery.  The Practice Manager is experienced with people and project management and is responsible for project delivery in the capacity of a subject matter expert.

  Service Responsibilities:

  • Support the external sales and marketing of the service in conjunction with Intrasphere Technologies Business Development Managers and Client Partners, by participating in sales calls, leading RFP efforts, attending conferences, developing/fostering client and vendor relationships, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external resources, including other subject matter experts and vendors, to extend Intrasphere’s presence in the industry and to ensure the ongoing transference of cutting edge, best practices to Intrasphere’s delivery capability related to the practice
  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager and others in the practice to define the service as it relates to Intrasphere’s strategic imperatives, delivery model, and go-to-market messages and value proposition
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager and others in the practice to create an aligned yearly plan to develop, deploy and maintain the service delivery capabilities
  • Manage to the yearly service plan, reporting against milestones, issues, and risks
  • Support the development of the Intrasphere service delivery process, tools and templates
  • Lead external and internal communications regarding the service
  • Support the development of training for the service/practice
  • Promote and represent the service/practice internally at Intrasphere

  Project Responsibilities:

  • Support Account and Client Managers as SME on project lead and delivery activities
    Manage and deliver all project tasks associated with the service/practice under his/her ownership
  • Support project managers with scoping, planning, best practices or other administrative work as related to the service/practice under his/her ownership
  • Deliver high-value services within Business Analysis and Strategy, including:  Strategy and ROI, Vendor Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Design, Business Requirements, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Data Analytics and Warehousing
  • Lead small project functional teams or functional work streams for the services under his/her ownership
  • Lead client meetings for all discussions related to the service/practice under her/her ownership
  • Provide guidance, education, mentoring and oversight to project teams for projects that include the service/practice represented

3. Program Manager
   Job Description:

The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and successful delivery of a program with several solutions, impacting multiple stakeholders with different priorities. In addition to system development lifecycle projects, these solutions or projects may include Business Process Analysis and Design projects, Program Management office (PMO) set-up and delivery, Solution Assessments and RoadMaps/Blueprints or IT Strategy. The program may include multiple stakeholders, project interdependencies and shared milestones, senior management level project sponsorship and a high level of client involvement. The Program Manager is involved in sales activities such as developing and managing client relationships and identifying and helps to set targets within the account. The Program Manager is expected to actively participate in billable and sales-related/account management activities, and to contribute to Intrasphere Technologies non-project activities as his/her availability and priorities allow.

  Program Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects with little to no oversight from the Client Partner, including quality assurance (QA) of project deliverables; communications management, such as status reporting, issues management and risk management; financial reporting/budget management for multiple engagements; or day-to-day execution of project activities. Ensure optimized balance of project costs, Intrasphere resource development and project quality/risks.
  • QA the program approach and protocols across projects, program resourcing, roles and responsibilities and deliverables based on Intrasphere Technologies standards, client environment and best practices. This may also include the quality assurance and/or development of new project templates for a project where no Intrasphere Technologies standards exist.  Program Manager may be managing project phases that do not conform to Intrasphere methodologies.
  • Develop program financial estimates and manage program financials including forecasting, profitability and other monitoring, invoicing (review and validation) and expense management.
  • Understand client organization including structure, culture, technologies, operating environment and high-level processes; determine potential project impact and tailor the project approach, plan and deliverables accordingly. Proactively manage cultural issues so they do not negatively impact program.
  • Promote positive relationships between Intrasphere Technologies, clients and vendor teams and be observant of potential business opportunities and opportunities for expanding project role and scope. Actively seek opportunities to meet a particular business need outside of immediate program responsibility with client, vendors and other consulting firms.
  • Provide sales support as required; participate and take ownership in Request For Proposal (RFP) response efforts and develop proposals or Statements of Work (SOW)
    Identify leads, lead and coordinate proposal efforts and close sales (working with account management) at existing clients
  • Understand client budget process and provide as input to account planning – Assist the Client Partner with program financials, account planning and the account strategy

  Professional Attributes:

  • 10 years of consulting experience (or equivalent e.g. 12 years of business experience) with at least 8 years in a project management role and at least one year in portfolio/program management.
  • Breadth of consulting experience (across multiple project types, technologies, client areas)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills

4. Solutions Manager
   Job Description:

The Solutions Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects, for acting as the key project team and client contact and for ensuring successful, on time, on budget and on scope project delivery. The Solutions Manager will typically manage a full lifecycle, multi-release project with a team of up to 10 people for multiple (2-3) competencies. The project will have multiple key stakeholder groups and normally a manager level project sponsor. Most tasks will require minimal guidance and review by a more senior Solutions or Program Manager. The Solutions Manager will also identify and follow up on sales opportunities within his/her project/account area.

  Project Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans including timelines, project phases, activities, tasks and milestones.
  • Determine project approach and protocols, project resourcing, roles and responsibilities and project deliverables based on Intrasphere Technologies standards, client environment and best practices.
  • Define and manage project scope – set and manage expectations with all stakeholders; contingency planning and execution as required.
  • Develop project financial estimates and manage project financials including forecasting, profitability and other monitoring, invoicing (review and validation) and expense management.
  • Manage project team including vendor team and sub-contractors – define roles, identify and resolve conflicts as necessary, provide feedback etc.
  • Understand and communicate the business goals, processes, requirements and other project specifics to the client and project team members.
  • Plan, prepare for and execute client interviews, meetings and facilitated (including JAD) sessions including identifying meeting participants, scheduling and conducting meetings, developing meeting agendas and materials, managing meeting dynamics, capturing and organizing notes and other meeting outputs.
  • Define issue management processes. Identify, track, manage, resolve and escalate projects issues and risks – including scope issues; describe possible impacts and provide possible solutions – communicate to internal and external stakeholders as applicable.
  • Conduct deliverable quality assurance review and feedback sessions; establish and facilitate client satisfaction feedback gathering processes.

  Professional Attributes:

  • 6 years of consulting experience (or equivalent e.g. 8 years of business experience) with at least 3 years in a project management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and manage client and team politics, as well as facilitate client meetings and gain consensus amongst diverse stakeholders

7. Software Engineer
     Job description:
  • Design, code, test and document applications based on a project's functional and business requirements - this includes front-end design, database design, configuration of hardware and add-in scripts and programs
  • Maintain and document code using source control to ensure proper versioning of software
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for project team and client deliverables
  • Understanding RDBMS and performing data extractions, conversions and manipulations

    Job description:

Under the supervision of a Project Manager, will lead a group of Software Engineers for the successful technical design and execution of a project. Responsibilities include but not limited to architecting and configuring multi-tier application architecture. Will manage the build of development, test and production environments, as well as the management of coding and debugging of simple applications. Will configure and employ application with multiple releases with deployment notes and maintenance documentation. Will utilize ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML and Enterprise Design Patterns.
